Possible Alien Xenoforming location?

Dryio Flyuae PT-X c15-111 4 is a very interesting planet located far away from the bubble.

It is especially interesting because it is an ammonia world, that features no ammonia whatsoever.
According to its system map description, its atmosphere is "Ammonia and Oxygen" but contains:
93.9% Nitrogen
6.0% Argon
0.1% Helium

The only possible source of hydrogen to make ammonia comes from its Water Geysers, However, because the planet is higher than the boiling point of oxygen, In order for the Ammonia to come from that source, there would be a noticeable amount of Oxygen in its atmosphere. This is partially because it would take 2 water molecules to make one molecule of ammonia, and that would leave 1 molecule of O2.

Either it only takes one thimbleful of ammonia to classify a planet as an ammonia world, or there's some serious shenanigans going on at this planet.

My question to you is this: Where's the Oxygen?
We know that Oxygen is a very volatile element on its own, it's possible that an alien civilization is using it as a sort of fuel. It's not too far to suggest that an alien civilization would be looking to a planet such as this to gather the gas for its own purposes. It's practically a gasfield pumping the element out of the ground already.

(Also I would kinda expect to see some water and hydrogen in the air as well if the answer were that simple)

In any event, there are some untagged planets and moons (random rocks and gas giants) here if you'd like to tag it and show you visited.

Unable to disclose locations at this point, but pretty much on the other side of the galaxy... I have seen two just like this in the past 20 minutes...
