Possible bug: Fixed C3 beam lasers weighing 19 tons?

This only applies to fixed class-3 beams. The gimballed and turreted versions only weigh 8 tons. Isn't that the normal weight? 19 tons is 3 tons heavier than the Annie's mega plasma launcher. That doesn't sound right.

The pedantic answer would be no this is not a bug, since the term bug only applies to code functioning incorrectly, while this looks like a configuration setting.

However this does look rather heavy in comparison to the other modules.
