Possible bug? Or just confused

So I notice the statistics panel on the right says I have about 1500 armor health.

But the outfitting screen says I have 2100...

So is this a bug caused by HRP or am I just misunderstanding the two figures?

There is an issue with the Anaconda where the Outfitting and Statistics armour health reports are 25% different.

Yea this is the anaconda.
Yep so its a bug.
