Possible confirmation of Indominus being the hidden dinosaur

Hasn't it already been confirmed that Hybrids aren't on this list? It was my understanding that hybrids must also be unlocked through the lab, so in the case of the I-Rex, you'd have to unlock and create both the T-Rex & Raptor first?

I find it odd that they would come out and say that hybrids were not a part of the list and yet if that is indominus it is a part of the 37 after all. Which would kind of be a dissapointment. That being said...comparing it to the indominus is sort of does not match. Only head and arms matches, but it looks scrawny like i said in the other thread. I really hope it is not the indominus, simply because it doesnt deserve to be referred to as a "dinosaur" in the dinosaur list.

I haven't personally seen this thread that mentions this so I couldn't say for certain, but what they could have meant is that the silhouette won't appear like it has with the other dinosaur species until you research the hybrid programme in the tech tree.

It does look a bit scrawny but then so does the Spinosaurus compared to what it originally looks like. I think we all just need to remember that its a big animal so its length might make its slender appearance here less apparent.

Curiously, where is the Indorapor in all of this? I wouldn't imagine it'll be released with the game, but rather, the FK DLC pack?

I have no doubt it'll be added to the roster in the same way that the Indominus has along with the Carnotaurus and whatever else they decide to throw in with the DLC. We just won't know until it's released (which I've heard it's to coincide with the US release of the new film!)

With Universal supplying models for Frontier to use for the DLC, it is probably guaranteed that we get all the new dinos from FK. And people have been hinting to more new dinosaurs than the 6 currently estimated dinos that might show up. Which excites me to no end.

It does seem a bit weird having an original roster of 42 originally which then would increase to 48 after the FK patch (I originally thought that the 2 leftover species would be the slots for the Indominus and Indoraptor bringing it to 50). A total of 50 species does seem more well rounded so I'm hoping we'll get to see 8 species added in the patch, and with what you just said this seems like it could be a possibility!

I'll probably watch the movie next week as im away to my parents house on some remote island. I'll find out then if i am correct or not ;)
