Possible idea in the works, need input!

Hi Coastarians! I've been playing around with an idea. Remember the little castles that are open in the back to play with the figurines? I want to build it in the park. This would be my first major build in the game, and i was thinking building the theme park around it to include the pirates theme. Do you think it would be worth it? Also, I was thinking about putting it on youtube, I currently don't have a channel, but if there is enough interest, I would definitively consider doing a speed build. Does any one know any good freeware? What do you guys think of the idea?

about the youtube part, don't do it because there is "enough interest". do it because you enjoy doing it, the rest comes later. i started my channel a couple weeks ago and trust me, the 1st long period will be slow, not alot of subs, not alot of views. but as long as you enjoy doing it its fine! :D
