Possible issue when landing at small landing pad stations

I've Colonised ICZ GR-V b2-5 and have a small mining settlement called "The Mine Of Mount Nebo" It only has one (small) landing pad and if I land on it with a sidewinder all is fine, but if I land on it with a Cobra Mk5 it suddenly says I've entered a trespass zone and shortly after that the troops are shooting at me... Is that normal?

If I remember correctly, it is "normal" with a few layouts and wide ships that overlap the landing pad.
What are the authorities to do? Let the infraction pass?
