Trying to drop off cargo to the Alpers Penal Colony. One pad. There's a "wanted" ship sitting on it. Permission denied; please approach to 750 meters. I'm currently 107 KM but if I get to 106 I enter a trespass zone, still denied docking permission. I've logged off and come back in 10 or 20 seconds later but that ship is still on the pad and won't leave. How do I resolve this? I have 23 hours left to complete. Thanks!
Update: Logged back on yesterday evening with 1 hour left on the clock, other ship still on the pad, docking permission denied. Finally had to abandon mission, dump the cargo, go back and pay a fine. BTW, the ship that was ON the pad was sitting on its tail as if it was trying to take off but not quite doing it. Oh well...
