Basilisk is 520-530m/s, all other Interceptors are 450m/s. So you need a really fast ship for a Basilisk.Take a fast ship that makes engineered 480 m/s or more. Because that's the speed of interceptors. If you can't go that fast, you have to tank it.
No offense, but it's a horrible Corvette build. The amount of shield is ridiculously low.
I have a video that might help you. I was specifically asked to kill it with Anaconda, exactly that setup and without fancy Low-Heat tricks, ramming and etc. So it's not Corvette and not all gauss build, but it shows how you can keep up to Basilisk speed, especially when it starts to fly away, how you can kill the swarm and that getting toasted with lightning a couple of times is not a problem even for Anaconda with much weaker shields than Corvette.I have no troubles vs Cyclops, killing them with over 80% of hull remaining solo. But Basilisk? He can glue himself to my stern permanently and fry me like a toast with his Sith powers. Is there a way to outpace it or somehow distract, so I have time to deal with his swarm in meantime?

No need for Xeno Scanner with hitscan weapon, Neutralizer also useless, as you can avoid EMP by using a Heatsink and flying away by 3km from Interceptor before HS wears off. Also 3 HS's are too much. Two is a maximum, but one is better, synthesizing HS's is not scary and ridiculously cheap also.
Bi-Weave is a bad choice for a large and slow ship. Prismatics or Regular shield are a way to go.
No SLF ? It can be useful to distract an Interceptor if you f-up and fly away for a reboot.
One MRP is more than enough. Only canopy receives damage from a bleedthrough attacks and only when you are below 25% armor.

If you really have a big problems with lightning, then i suggest you to at least learn how to do "zero-temp reboots". They are shown in my latest Hydra video or in Stormrage video:
And for Corvette i highly recommend this build:

Thanks. Looks like I need to reengineer stuff again. I am at measly 3k hull and 3.1k shield. But my current weapon loadout in a Vette is EXACTLY same as yours. Except Beam being Regenerative, for wing funBasilisk is 520-530m/s, all other Interceptors are 450m/s. So you need a really fast ship for a Basilisk.
