Seeing how human weapons don't work on Thargoids Does the thermal Vent Affect work on them? Planning on trying it out but I sure hate to waste mats on something that won't work

thermal vent is cooling your ship, not heating enemy's, so as long as you hit, it will work.
A gimballed Long range TV beam keeps your ship cold in AXCZ thus making the NPC ships more attractive for swarms. In addition, it allows you one 3 or 4 gauss salvo without overheating and can help with depleting the interceptor’s shield while you can stay outside of 3km firing range.
