So, I decided to add the expansion after many recommendations. I cleared some hard drive space when I saw it needed 75 GB. I was planning to download an update the game overnight. However, I didn't have an option to install on my steam page, or on the client. Everything looks different on the menu and when I choose start, I'm now running around a planet like nobody's business. Except, I never took the time to install anything. What happened and also where is my old save? The main menu shows me docked where I last left, but these shenanigans with running around on a planet have me wondering what just went down.
