While any position awarded would constitute a lateral transfer within
the U.P.F.A., we require both an Affidavit of Intent as well as an
Affidavit of Scope to be filed for immediate evaluation. The operations
undertaken by the Department are sensitive in nature. Skills necessa-
ry to successful pursuit of these operations are not generally provided
through conventional study or experience.
Use form 701SE, or,
if not available at your field office, create an
approximation from best memory of form 505S. Please feel obliged

oreprint and complete the following questions when creating your
AOS:
1. Define the following terms:
- The Golden Ticket
- The Golden Shovel
- The Golden Spike
- The Golden Bale
2. Produce a short essay summarizing the significance of
these terms in the context of current U.P.F.A. operations.
After filing these forms please notify in person the nearest branch
office of time and date of filing, as well as preferred Tomlinson key.
Do not include your key on either form or on any other correspond-
ence associated with this performance, in whole or in part. Do not
attempt to contact the Department seeking status of your applica-
tion. Notify us if you no longer feel you are well suited for field
