Post-Anaconda gameplay?

Thanks to the recent discounts, I was able to get my hands on an Anaconda which I promptly trade-fitted.

It's changed the game somewhat for me; I'm finding that I can pull in about 1.2 million every ten minutes of lazily trading whilst reading forums. I'm left wondering: what now? I've been through the early-mid game of RES farming, so combat doesn't hold much interest. PvP certainly isn't my bag. Powerplay doesn't seem to be rewarding yet.

This isn't a complaint - I've had my £40 worth many times over. I'm just thinking aloud. Maybe make another Asp and go exploring - although I already did that for a CG - or maybe take a break from the game and go do something else until new content shows up?

What do you do when you feel as though you've completed the game?

Edit: You know what would be the perfect solution for me, although not for everyone - a nice REST/JSON API. I could have so much fun now making... things. :)

Yep, any traditional game mechanic unconsciously makes you think the Anaconda is end-game and I'm disappointed the developers haven't found a way to mitigate that yet. That said, I left mine in a trading configuration and only do stuff like https://forums.frontier.co.uk/showthread.php?t=151793 with it which is much, much better than conventional trading. Apart from that I just jump in any smaller ship and have fun doing whatever I was doing before I got that damn thing in the first place.

There is nothing besides what you're already doing. It's an issue that's been raised multiple times. I'm in the same boat, I am just picking interesting celestial bodies on the galaxy map and going out to visit them.

Become a fuel rat. Play escort with friends even if it's not profitable. Play security guard at stations with known griefers.

I'm not there yet but those are some of the things I plan on doing once I get there myself. You have the power to leverage into meaningful change. Will you do great good, or great evil?

Blaze your trail, buddy.

Outside of that, I don't know how much actual built in content there is.

That thought caused me physical pain. :D
i get this problem too....i set everything up last night, just stared at the bb....it was all to long winded for such a pittance.

billions of creds and the best ships....i often think of starting again, but all that hard work will be wasted...

just to do it all again?......

some of us are at the end game so to speak..i have no real desire to do PP,Planet landings and all that comes with it is what im waiting for.

I didn't mention that I'm also both King and Admiral (lol?), so missions aren't where it's at.

I do appreciate the input, ladies and gentlemen!

I really cant get my head round why some people think they have done everything once they have a Conda.
I worked towards the T9 & Conda because I am primarily a heavy ship guy. Once I achieved both ships the game pretty much just started for me.

Hours of enjoyment flying big ships and actually earning hundreds of millions to enjoy myself flying them. With half a billion in the bank I could fully kit out multiple Cobra's/Vipers/Eagles, build up a fleet buying whatever ship I want

Pure freedom.

Input = you have too much time :D

My personal advice is try everything once. Buy and outfit all ships to experience the amazing sound of an Eagle as it boosts into an asteroid :)
Or as above, get involved with powerplay and roleplaying

I'm personally looking to do a few things when I finally get to that point.

1: Buy up every ship in the game and A fit them all.
2: Go exploring again in the 'conda, the 40LY jump range making it a little less painful and allowing to maybe go further out towards the rim than I managed in my ASP.
3: Try different professions like smuggling and piracy, even with the 20t limit on piracy the fun factor is still there and you don't really need the money any more either.
4: As KaizoMK said participate in the fuel rats.
5: Wing up with random new players in open and try help them out.
6: Maybe touch on Power Play when it is more rewarding and less grind like.
7: Learn to fly full FA off

etc. etc.

Agreed there isn't much end-game content as of yet but finding new ways to amuse yourself in the playground is half the fun too :)

Fill your Conda with expensive goods, go to a starter system interdict a noob and donate some cargo. You will make some new players very happy and hardly touch you credit balance.

This idea appeals to me the most, so far. :) Obviously I could dump a couple of hundred tons of gold every once in a while and wouldn't really notice it in my balance.

It's along the lines of wishing for an API - I'd like to be able to contribute to the community. Fuel Rats are a good idea too, but I don't see myself working with time limits...
