Horizons Posted another ticket Part 2

Just got diddled by the credits bug again for the fourth time.
Had over 118 million and traded for 800000 plus credits bring the total down to 117 mil 408 thou credits.

I tried to check my other ticket but the site seems to kick me out.

This credit loss has happened 4 times now, and I have been waiting a couple (wrong. My bad) of weeks for FD refund my loss.

edit: Okay, not 2 weeks. The last time was 29th Nov. So that is 8 days. Fdev can't count. They say tickets are seen to in 4 days.
Don't know what they do if they really check it out.

edit: I don't think I submitted a ticket for the last one. Site didn't kick me out and I was able to check my tickets.

How many NPC crew mates do you have and which percentage do they want?
There is still the behavior that they get payed from your sell price, not from your profit. That means, that your crew can get more than you make at profit.

They get payed nothiiiing! No thing. Zilch. Bu8888 all. I play Sooooloooo . No passengers, no side kicks, no NPCs no crews not even a friend (Yet)

Please forgive my sarcasm. I know you probably see a lot of drivel and I know it is hard to keep track of it all.

Oh, as an aside, an NPC ended his life on the empty run. He wanted "All My Tasty Cargo" and that netted me over 70,000 in bounty. I had a trouble free run on the way bay with 102 ton of palladium. I said in the ticket it was 114 ton. (My bad) (again):p

I raised a ticket (different matter / subject) on the evening of the 5th Dec, I expected a wait as 4 days is projected due to workload - support resolved the matter and emailed me back at 8:44 the next morning (6th Dec).

So keep your temper, don't rail at support, they are really top-notch and will sort you out if there is an issue and will tell you what actually happened if there isn't an issue.

You haven't switched the route and sell stuff for a loss by chance?

No. One way trade route. Empty to there, and full on the way back. Only 26 LY I think. No deviations.

This is what I am wondering. Never seen this bug myself.

I have been wondering if I'm the only one. Seems unreasonable to be unique. But has happened 4 times. Didn't know how much the first 2 times. 3rd time I didn't bother submitting a ticket. (Must have been in a better mood)

Yeah! I know. I have always been a snappy um, whatever. I apologize to the offended parties, but so far I have lost, probably, between 3 and 4 million credits.
It is a lot when I grind trading to get a Python. (I want a bigger hold with protection. I like trading. Rrobes will help me try SRVing if we can work out a suitable time.)

In case you haven't done this yet: If you have a look at the log file you should be able to recreate $ by $ every account movement between buying the cargo and selling it. Might make your case easier to resolve by support.

Should also let you determine things like: Did you pay more for the cargo than you thought? Did you get less cargo than you should? Did you get less than expected (potentially even negative) when selling? etc....

I sent the log file to support. They will work it out.
As far as submitting another ticket, I got my facts wrong. It was ship destruction and I got re-imbursed for that.
No, to the prices. I found that Roguey had the prices right in this instance and the profit as shown on the station selling point said I had over 800,000 credit profit.
I'll see what happens.
I'd be interested to know if other cmrds have had this issue, or do people just not notice.

Support emailed me with a detailed report of the log file.
I made a couple of mistakes.
I apolagise for the wasted time and effort to all involved.
