Newcomer / Intro Potential Bug?

So I've got 2 hauling missions. One locale couldn't give me landing authorization (could have been busy) while the other states that I'm clearly at the right location but does not light up the "Give Cargo" button to claim my monies! Lastly, I was at another system trying to claim a bounty and landed at a station, but it didn't give me an option to collect the bounty?

What am I doing wrong guys?

Well, the bounty one most likely happened because the station was independant and the bounty was issued by fed/empire/alliance. Land at a station controlled by a faction allied to whoever listed the bounty.

If the station is busy and keeps giving you docking denied drop into solo mode just to get docked, then back into open when you're in.
Re the missions, they should give a system and station name where to hand it in, if they don't ticket it.
Independent bounties should have the faction name which 'should' contain the system name where they are. Use the system map to find out which stations belong to which faction.
