Poweplay gremlins or am i missing something

Ok the wife is on holiday and i thought i would give powerplay a concerted effort this weekend, that is if the weather is bad. Anyway i joined up with Felicia winters and started taking federal aid in the hope of starting an expansion, anyway as the pictures show they keep disappearing. I have done this run a few times now and whatever i put in vanishes. Am i doing something wrong ? or is it bugged. Or is it meant to happen please can someone explain....Cheers. img1.jpgimg2.jpg. It is bugged. Many CMDR's in our group have been running Winters aid seeing a whopping 0% chagne in a few systems. Keep working for Winters though, and know that if enemies are operating in our Space, they will be dealt with.

O.k cheers just read the manual and thought i might have to wait for the next "cycle" to see the results

wow have been continuing and looks like everything is back to normal. yaaaaaay i love powerplay, ( unless it goes wrong again)
