Power distribution gone

Right after patch #2 while exploring, I landed on a planet without any problem. As soon as I switch to my SRV I got the power limit exceeded message and all the modules are in the red. I also realized that the power distribution is absent. I thought this bug was supposed to have been fixed with patch #3 but obviously not for me!
I filed an issue tracker report last week but so far I seem to be the only one with this problem. On the other end, I understand people not wanting to go through 442 pages of issues!
In other words, is anybody having the same bug?

I don't know but I have been exploring for a few weeks now and while in the SRV I reloaded fuel and ammo many times. I don't know if this could help but it would not explain why the power distribution options are gone.
