Yes, I know I'm running over 100%. That's why there is module management. I don't need to be told again every time I finish a hyperspace jump.

i think you can turn off audio notification in options

Why would you get the notification every time?
I only get it when I deploy weapons.
True, but not selectively. I don't mind it being there in a genuine emergency.
You can turn off every individual ship voice alert in the settings. I have probably 95% of them turned off, anything that is said often or already has some sort of audio cue like shield drops, silent running, jumping and scooping. The ship voice just gets excessive and annoying after a while. I prefer a few polite beeps and boops for the raw starship experience. I only expect the computer to talk to me if I ask it a question or order some coffee.
Are you under 100% with them retracted?
Yes indeed. I always am.
Wouldn't you have great difficulty managing your modules if you are already exceeding capacity even when your weapons are retracted?
I wonder how much you are exceeding capacity when deployed.
Exactly. I'm actually at just over 100% retracted, and 118% deployed. I leave the AFMUs switched off until needed. You learn to run a ship way over its retracted power budget if you're fitting for long range exploration and need the lowest mass power plant you can fit. Involves a lot of toggling modules on and off as you need them.
Is the warning happening when you use the ADS?
This deploys hardpoints, even though you are in SC.
