Power Play need help with Patreus and Marked Military Arms (don't know what to do next)

Hello,

Just want to test the Power Play (I never tried before because It's look like horrible to understand...)

So I joined Denton Patreus and at Pikaurukan got some Marked Military Arms... But, and now?? Where should I drop that ? Not clear at all !!

Please help me ! I have spend a lot of time / money to got like 400t of that marked military arms !

What I understand is that I have to bring the Marked Military Arms on a system where a EXPANSION icon is set on the power map. But Their is no EXPANSION Icon for Denton Patreus right now...

The question is : Why can I get unusable stuff (Marked Military Arms) if we can use/delivery them? It's very unclear ... ;(
