Powerplay Power play points

I shot down 3 enemies ships (Sirius transports) in a Lin Yong Rui controlled sector but they dont appear as they used to in transaction. I should have 45 PP points.

I havent played powerplay for some time so I am back to rating 1.

Is it normal?

Edit: maybe the issues on server is the reason.

I am curious about this as well. I thought I read somewhere that you get 15 merits for enemy faction kills. I tested that out this morning and got nothing.
Anyone know the answer? Thanks.
