Power Play Quality of Life Improvement. Knowing who you can destroy. Red is dead.

When you scan targets, some may show up as "Wanted" in red. This means that you can kill them without getting any bounties on yourself.
When you are flying in an hostile power's system, you will have "Hostile" as your own status. Please add this status to any and all ships within power play that you can safely kill without getting any bounties on yourself.

Example: I have been told that I can freely kill enemy agents in their own systems (controlled and exploited) without getting any bounties. Therefore it would be useful if when I scan them, it would say "Hostile" in red where their "Wanted" status would appear if they were a pirate.

Result: This would get more newbies like me to deploy their Hardpoints and get more involved with Power Play.
 
Another example: I have been told that enemy agents in a separate power's system can not safely be destroyed. Therefore their status should not have a "Hostile" marker on them.
 
Powerships already have the Power they are pledged to listed when scanned. If you are unsure who you should be killing then please join one of the official Powerplay groups who will be more than happy to train you in how Powerplay functions and who is allied to who.

Yes, and that is good. But I have been told that there are instances when you are not allowed to open fire on them without attracting system authority and gaining fines/bounties. This would simplify and streamline a system that can be very confusing to new players. Some people enjoy solo play and may not want to join a discord just to figure out what they can do in-game.

Thank you for your comment though. Anyone else with any further notes/suggestions related to this one?
 
I like the idea a lot, though I think as related to Powerplay the label should maybe be... "Rival" since anything you shoot first will then be hostile. ;)
