01. When they "THURSDAY", what time zone are they talking about. And does their clock start at midnight.
My personal current time zone is Pacific Standard Daylight Saving's Time. Thus depending on where in Europe the Power Play clock is, I'm 6, 7 and sometime's depending on if and when I'm utilizing Day Light Savings in comparison to where ever the Power Play clock is; I could be 8 hours different.
02. I realize I must be at level three to obtain any of the cool mod's one can get from the various factions after pledging for 4 weeks. Suppose I pledge on the first Wednesday of a month at or about 0800 Pacific Standard Daylight Saving's Time. And wait until the fourth Wednesday of the same month; And make it to level three; Do I qualify for the mod. Or must I maintain a level three from the first, second, third and the fourth Wednesday, to qualify?
