Where does one get these undermine missions from?

also when you target an NPC when undermining does it tell you "mission target" like normal bulletin board missions..

Finally when you get to rank 3 do you lose the rank 2 benefits? Say for Arissa. You'd lose the 50% bounty. Which would suck.

Go the system in question, and look under the power play contact which will tell you how to undermine. You dont lose the rank 2 benefits when you rank up to level 3.

when you say "system in question" do you mean an enemies control system? or can it be an exploited system?

Whichever system you wish to undermine. It tends to be systems that powers are trying to expand into.

ok - i can see the systems my power is trying to expand into. But how do i see systems the opposition is trying to expand into?

Lol, I rely on my powers organisers to tell me, never tried to do it cold turkey. Most powers have a sub reddit, the details should be there. What power are you?

One option is to go to your enemies reddit / forum thread here and see what systems they are trying to expand and undermine them there.
