I'm sitting at V374 Pegasi thei guess you would call it the main system of this bubble? anyway it's currently being controlled by Denpatreus however every faction inside the system and every system surrounding V374 pegasu is also federation, so why is it being controled by Denton patreuys
Patty controls a system and all systems within a 15 ly radius is exploited by that system. So in Elitencitizens of the empire can live in federation control systems and exploited system. It can be due to the fact that it used to belong to the empire or something like that.
