So... what's it actually used for?

Wiki says, it's for suit upgrades, but no PR in any of the recipes, not even for mods (suit, weapons, ship/modules).
Watched all the PR farming video's on YT, but nothing on the actual use.
Done the Reactivation missions already, but the PR's are always provided.

I've collected many of these PR's in my storage, but besides the 50.000 CR, what else to do with it?
Also INARA marks it orange in the list, but on the PR,s page all uses are 0.

They were recently removed from recipes. They aren't much use now, except for some missions that don't give you one.

Yes all the PR farming videos and tutorials are now out of date.

Never trust guides produced or last edited before the most recent update as they might now be invalid.

The recent update changed much about engineering.

It's worth keeping a few on hand for missions that require you to power up a console to download a kompromat or the like (sometimes the stations belong to a faction in the bust state and are inactive).

Other than that, they fetch a respectable price from the bartenders, I suppose...
