Power rewards question

Do the Tier 3, 4-week power pledge awards become available after exactly 4 weeks being pledged to a power, or are they available at the next Thursday turnover following the 4 week mark? To put the question another way, I'm at 3 weeks+3 days right now, so I'll hit the four week mark on the 23rd of the month. Should I position myself to be in Tier 3 for this Thursday's rank determination in anticipation of hitting 4 weeks on Friday, or wait until the following Thursday? TIA!

They are available when you hit the 4 weeks mark... so as long as you have the ranking when they become available you will be able to get them.

You should definetly position yourself to have enough merits for the proper rank when the tick happens on Thursday, yes. Unless you want to wait for some reason.
