Power specific weapons

So I and many other people have progressed more than one rating today, and since I am rating 4 with Arissa I would like to know where I can pick up my Imperial Hammer :D

Unless of course, jumping past ratings 2 and 3 was not intended, since the cycle completed one day early I'm assuming this could be the case. Though I am able to get 25 power commodities every half hour now it seems so I am not entirely sure. I also still have all 1,542 merits from this previous cycle, so merit decay???

If anyone has been able to locate my Imperial Hammer, please post where it was found here. Or, if this rating hopping was unintended, hopefully a dev would be so kind as to let us know here. :)

Yeah I forgot to mention that, whether it was tied to the rating or you actually have to wait the four weeks. I had thought we'd only be progressing one rating at a time every cycle, but things are a bit whacky right now.

IF they work then.
so far i couldnt see the effect of the rating 2 bonus (the 5% trade voucher) either.
