PowerPlay 2.0 Media Materials, Needed But Cannot Be Delivered

Ok, so maybe the thing I'd doing wrong could be staring me right in the face and being 73 and possibly senile, I might be missing something here, but I've given up trying to figure this out on my own.

Here's the assignment:

Now, I wasn't aware at first that the media materials had to come from a SPECIFIC source but this is the new version, so it wants them to come from the Conii System. There are no large pads in that system so I used my python to collect 11 of them and brought them to the Nakia system.

It shows I HAVE the requested things and they're from the Conii system.

Note it even says I'm supposed to deliver something from system Conii. I'm not able to deliver them. They're "unavailable."

So, sorry to look foolish here, but what, exactly, am I doing wrong here?
Color me confused.

Update: Tried bringing "power commodities" from a different star system to one that I was currently visiting and still cannot deliver them.
It's like no one wants these things.

Unable to deliver cartography for any credit so I assume both these items are bugged and are known.

I didn't know this, its been driving me crazy. So if, like the OP I get a weekly mission asking me to deliver from a specific system to a specific system and it wont let me this is a bug right? The bug being if the systems are not the right distance from each other?

Iv found cartographic data doesn't seem to register for merits either, and just then I tried to sell rares in Sol for Aisling (which is currently contested which I assume still means acquisition and lists selling rares as an activity for my power on the map) and again nothing in terms of merits. I want to love Powerplay but I'm really struggling with it and I suspect il end up not doing it eventually. I feel like I'm having so many issues I must be missing something.

Yeah I'm really struggling with Powerplay. Lots of things don't seem to work for me which as you say makes me feel like I'm missing something. I'm having the same issues you are and more to be fair! haha.

Darn silly of Frontier. If they need these materials, just bring them and accept them. If a Fortified system is too far, then allow them from a Stronghold system. At least now I can move on with this stuff. Thanks!
