I love the Ad hacking mechanic to change the ads outside a station into power related adds (which as an independent cmdr you can reverse), but how about allowing players to graffiti some set images and slogans on planetary settlements, station concourses and even mega ships for a small amount of merits and a fine.
Why set images you may ask, because I'd like to avoid the shortest TTP in gaming history!
