When I pick-up or deliver power commodities, who cares how far from the stronghold I am?

In the case of Unoccupied systems... as long as they are within valid range of my power... who cares which Stronghold?

If I pick up lobbying material on one side of my power's region, and deliver it to the other side... who cares? Give me credit!

If I pick up escape pods in a reinforcement system A and deliver them to reinforcement system B... who cares? Give me credit!

The correct system state matters. The distance should not.

Within a power faction we all work for the same boss.

Provided it gives credit to system A I think this is a good idea.

Allowing merits to be farmed in system A but accounted to system B I think opens up too many cans of worms, though!

My huge beef is with distance rules from a specific stronghold. It should be distance from any stronghold. The sphere of influence of the Power.

Edit: Removing distance rules would help reduce impossible missions. And confusion. I tried delivering lobbying material from a stronghold with no unoccupied system within 30Ly. You can't. 32Ly.... nope. Will not accept. Even though it is within range of another stronghold. Gotta eject your Power Commodities and go get them from the other stronghold.
