Powerplay Powerplay Adjusters Bugged?

So I defect to a faction a get NPC ships sent after me. Thats all well and good. Except even if I sit in Supercruise at zero throttle they just fly around me doing nothing. No interdiction. Is this intentional or....

I've never had one attack me, even when they drop in a USS after me they just sit there.

Shoot them and they become more aggressive.

Things tend to have trouble interdicting you when static. Try cruising in a straight line at a higher speed....

As for them doing nothing in normal space... Hum, possible they got the same settings as the normal powerplay ships which don't bother you if you don't have merits/pp cargo aboard? That'd be a silly oversight.

They used to interdict and shoot you a long time ago, then they interdicted you and made a comment, like "you're to good for me", and left. Now they seem to have made them even friendlier.

I've been pledged for months, and I've never been attacked by a PP ship, nor have I suffered anything negative, even though I've been in other powers' space the whole time.
