I currently have a bounty on my chieftain handed by Archon Delaine. I incurred the bounty on 2/28 while farming merits. I located an IFC to pay it off, I have zero notoriety, discovered I had 500k worth of separate bounties and I was able to pay them off, but the option to pay off Archon's bounty doesn't appear. How do I get rid of a bounty issued by a Power with this new C and P system?

If your Notoriety states zero, in the right control panel under finance (edit: Statistics), you should be able to pay it off at any Interstellar Factors Contact. I think i may have been experiencing a bug. When I logged back in, after a reset, the Power bounty was gone and I was then able to pay off a global fine issued by Marco Qwent, which was locked prior to resetting.

Right, i mentioned i had multiple bounties but I didn't have the option to pay off the Power bounty issued by Archon, as it didn't show on the list at all but showed active in my transaction panel. There was a global fine as well from Marco Qwent locked in red font at the IFC. I couldn't pay it off even though my notoriety was at zero. After I reset the app and logged back in the bounty from Archon was gone and the fine from Qwent was available to be paid for.
Yea, let's see what happens on the next patch. That is the only issue I've come across myself. Everything else is working find. Then again, I am very careful with friendly fire and I haven't done scan nor scavenger missions. Seems there are common bugs nesting there as well according to the reports I've skimmed through.
