Powerplay bounty, how to clear it?

I am wanted in all Alliance exploited systems for 2000CR
I go to the Interstellars Factors Contact with a notoriety of 0 and i cannot pay off the bounty
Is there another specific spot to go for this?
How can i get rid of this 2000CR Bounty with Edmund Mahon?

I asked this same question a few days ago. And I was told you can't, they stay on and another player from an opposing power can collect them, but shouldn't effect the game out of pvp. Which sounded fair.

But then on Wednesday I noticed they disappeared from my transaction list, so I have no idea.

The problem is many systems i use for bounty hunting and other things now show me 'wanted' and the alliance ships shoot on sight to kill.
I have a 35mil rebuy cost but they would destroy me for a 2000CR bounty, i can re-pay it that is no problem but i find this a little bit unfair.
So i guess i have to stay away from Alliance systems for now? Untill when? Forever? This is a bad mechanic if so.

Edit: not that it is really a problem to stay away there are plenty of other systems yes, but it just kinda sucks.

Pro tip: If you're undermining, make sure you do it in an Anarchy system. You won't get any bounties.

I was not undermining i was doing bounty hunting in a HAZ res site, where i also don't understand why even Alliance Enforcers are in there, i also do multi-crew the whole time so i have other players flying with my fighters wich is really fun, one of them or me must have misfired and now i'm stuck with this 2000cr bounty that i cannot clear, i didn't even try to participate in the whole Undermining powerplay aspect. This i was aware off that anarchy systems do that but thank you for the tip.

It seems to be tied to my ship.

Edit: double-checked it and can confirm it is tied to the ship.
