Powerplay Faction: Zachary Hudson Powerplay contact on Concantae system nowhere to be found.

Hello.

Iv been doing security operations area for powerplay credits for Zachary Hudson, on Concantae system.
On the interface description it says i can turn in those for merits here, but the contact is nowhere to be found, i looked everywhere all stations, all settlements.

Is this a bug or just wrong description?

Above where you have redacted your name you'll notice it says 'Uncontrolled System'. Hudson doesn't control the system yet - so it's not a control system.

I know that, but look at the description on the image:

"Deliver the kill confirmations here or to contacts in any of our control systems"

It says "here", very confusing.

You have to cash them in in Atropos, which I think is the nearest ZH control System, or you can take them to any ZH control system you want. Beware, you most likely will be interdicted near the station you take them to, so be ready for it. If you're lucky, that'll give you another 30 merits when you kill him. I often got interdicted near the combat zone too, which was a nice safe way to get 30 merits. It's the only time that I was hoping for someone to interdict me.

Today, I was returning to Atropos to cash in a few thousand merits after I got a bit of a scare at the combat zone. I was 30 merits short of my 10,000 for level 5. I was praying for an interdiction, which happened just as before. Unfortunately, this time it was a pirate, not an underminer, so no 30 merits and I had to go all the way back to Concantae to get the final 30.
