Powerplay - Credit Balance Still 5 Mil. Credits Light!

So, the first cycle is apparently over. My rank has been updated, my nomination vouchers awarded, but my credit balance is still 5 million short of that which I was promised. What gives / when the hell do I get paid?

They REALLY need to work on transparency with regards to Powerplay - both in regards to the rewards/standing system as well as how "power" is actively tabulated. The current presentation is abysmal at best.

You were promised a weekly Cr reward according to your rating. If at the end of the cycle you had rating 1 then your weekly reward is 1000Cr.

I see. I did indeed get a notification for 1,000 Cr unclaimed payment, though that amount of money, even is a fresh spawn in a Sidewinder is more or less the equivalent of being spit on. I just assumed that payment would be awarded along with nomination vouchers (10 vouchers, 5 mil cred. payment). The weekly delay on one but not the other seems a bit...odd.

Think of one and being your tools to use during the current cycle - thus awarded at the start
The other is your wages for the cycle - thus awarded at the end

It's more like a job - you did tier 1 work and are getting paid for it. You also did so well that they're promoting you to tier 5 work for this week, and you'll get paid for that at the end of this work week, then assigned to your appropriate rank.

While we're on the subject, have they tweaked the Crime Zone (faction war equivalent of War Zone) voucher payout for ships yet? Or is still 1 voucher per ship irrelevant of the size/ranking of the ship you kill? The genius behind THAT decision..oh boy....don't get me started...
