Powerplay Powerplay - Ethos missinformation?

Hi,
i don't know if this was already answered, but:

Hudson ethos is listed as 3x Combat for preparation, expansion and fortification.
yet in reality its: 1x intel for preparation, 1x combat for expansion, and 1x supply for fortification.


someone may say its military intel, and military supplies -> but for the CMDR its anything but not "combat" related.

is this a bug or part of the unfinished powerplay interface?

Fortifying through combat is held back for the next time Arissa and Hudson require a boost into ensuring they are in the spotlight of PP.

The Ethos determines the type of governments that a power is strong against and weak against. Nothing more, nothing less.

From what I understand the Ethos is either broken or disabled for most powers.
