PowerPlay Faction Standings

Unless I'm being a bit thick, (which in all honesty, I probably am), I can't find anywhere in game that tells me which powers my current power is allied, neutral or hostile with.

So basically, if I'm farming for merits in hostile territory, I just shoot all ships belonging to a power, and see which give merits, which don't, and which are actually removing merits. Then I memorise it. For about 5 minutes. :p
Not the most effective method.

So my suggestion, is basically have a faction standing tab, in the PowerPlay page that displays this information.

Or better yet, when scanning a PowerPlay ship, display it's power in a colour which relates to it's standing with your power.

Red would obviously be Hostile, amber is Neutral, green is allied, and blue is your current power. Although, you should know your own power, so it's not really necessary. Lol

But to be honest, I'd be happy with each faction just having a list of all the other factions, and their standings with them.

Thoughts?

In game there is no mechanic to signify the current diplomatic relations between other powers aside from not being in the same super power = enemy and being in the same super power = neutral. Outside of the game, however, some power play communities post the state of their current diplomatic relations with each power on reddit or possibly by other means.

Edit: I now realize that you may have being asking a different question than what I have attempted to answer. My apologies.

This would be a great feature, but it assumes that Frontier would be willing to allow organized communities manage their powers in-game, which is extremely unlikely for a litany of reasons.

OP, when you click on the other powers' control and expansion tabs or also click on a system in those tabs, it tells you the general names of the type of ships you can hunt that grant merits for the kills vouchers for undermining or opposition.
