Just got into Power Play, signed up with Denton Patreus.
Am going through the 5 initial missions, and the last one is to deliver 11 units of Garrison Supplies: pick up from a Stronghold system (in my case, Ngewi), and deliver to a Power contact in an Undermining system. I travelled to HIP 116910, which is in Undermine state, and the Power contact there isn't accepting them:
Not entirely sure what I'm doing wrong :-( Any pointers gratefully appreciated
