A headless chicken doesn't usually run around... not, like, proper running. It mostly twitches in an aimless fashion, goes nowhere fast, digs a hole for itself as it flops about, and upsets people who see it.

Trying to organize player actions WITHOUT in-game chatrooms or discussion boards is. That's Powerplay at the moment. People unware of the bigger picture, because they cannot communicate the goal or strategies.

That would solve a lot of issues and not make players feel isolated.

I have come to the conclusion PP is working as inteded-ish.

Organisation is not going ot solve the issue, the biggest issue being players that really do not care about the power and metiit farm. Whilst by no means an indicator forums posts such as "I am just in it for the weapons" give a clue to the farmers.

Many suggest there are 5th columnists. Well possible, but woudl require organisation - do not put down to conspiracy what can be put down to crass stupidity and general selfishness.

Its like the traders that do not give a damb which minor faction they are trading with and ruin months of planning because its worh +40Cr per ton.

I don't understand this whole "organizing players is what's needed" bit.
You have these forums, Reddit, loads of player group Teamspeak servers, IRC chat, etc.
Look how bad PP is right now - you want to add additional services for them to screw up?
No thanks, we're pretty mad at them enough already.

The only true solution to PowerlessPlay itself begins with splitting out a separate BGS for OPEN players. Everything else is cosmetics.

Since they won't take heed of anything we say in here, I say we just put them all on a KoS list.
You know - if you see anyone from FDEV in open, kill them on sight.
Just send them a text with "PP KOS" on it to remind them why they're being hunted.
I mean, we've tried all other avenues of approach and resolution - polls, threads, bug reports, PMs, blogs, Reddit - to get them to change PP and ED for the better.
I say welcome to the final "box" option - the cartridge box.
