Been looking for an answer for 30 minutes, but for the life of me I can't find it...

I'm currently at the feet of Aisling, for 2 weeks. When her module is unlocked after 4 weeks (and the right level), is it sold only in Aisling controlled systems, or also in for instance Founders world, or other systems? I want to know in advance so I can re-position my ships, if needed.

The wiki says the modules are sold everywhere, but the text is dated. I've seen people stating this was a bug that was fixed, and the modules are sold only in faction controlled systems.

The Prismatic Shields are sold at Founders World - I've bought a lot of mine there.

Otherwise, I have generally been based around Aisling-controlled systems, and they have been available there.
As for other-faction systems or non-faction systems I'm not sure.

In general I believe that a PP-specific module is available at a station only when the corresponding "normal" module is available at the station.

My understanding was that your item is available anywhere there is outfitting.

That said I don't spend much time looking as the Mahon cooking laser is utterly worthless.
