Powerplay never ticked over?

Since the tick on Thursday, my Powerplay screen shows that the current cycle will end in 0HR 0MIN. It says the same thing for 'Rewards Delivered In' under the Leaderboard, and I never received the reward for my contribution from last week. Also, I sold 720 rare goods in an exploited system, and it seemingly had no effect on the control score. Am I stuck in some kind of PP limbo?

Edit: The Control Points seem to have updated after a few hours.

ye have same, and get that message all the time that the cycle is imminent etc. Still got no rewards either from the "last" cycle.

I think the 'cycle end is imminent' message is just a bug that happens sometimes. Doesn't mean it hasn't ticked over, the message just doesn't always auto-delete. ^^;
