Powerplay not cycling (0:00hrs left) Where can i ask for help ?

Hello

sorry to mess the forum for that but the ticketing page doesnt help concering ingame mechanics problems, such as the powerplay not resetting thursday at 8:00 UTC as stated in the messages received, with a timer stuck at 0:00hrs left.

can someone give me a link where i could open a ticket about this issue ?

so the counter did reset from 0:0hrs to 5 days
I didnt get the 50 Millions from the leaderboard
Weekly Assignments are still the same and completed, they did not reset.

in the support page, ticket section, i see nothing that is relevant.

What can i do ?????
