Powerplay powerplay not ranking up for anyone else?

So I had started the process to get the prismatic shields and last night I logged on to see if I had them yet of course not thinking about it always ending on Thurs. I had 760 merits waiting for rank three to get them... I logged in today and now showing the new week but but I'm still sitting on the 760 merits and rank 1... Did I miss something or is something broken?

And yes I have been pledged for 15 weeks as of today, I took a break for real life stuff... lol...

When exactly did you obtain your 760 merits? PP cycle tick is (basically) every Thursday at 7am game time. If you did your merits after that they'll only start counting for the tick next week.

they were there yesterday well before the "day change" the time actually stated 14 weeks and 6 days when I checked it before the cycle changed.

The time is just the time you were pledged it doesn't have anything to do with ranks or merit balance really. If you are absolutely certain that you had your merits before 7am game time this Thursday you should contact support / submit a bug report. Although this is an issue I have never heard of before really, if your merits were obtained before the last cycle tick they should be halfed too (and you should have your rank).
