The following objectives are suggested but recommended actions. Pilots are not obligated to follow it but accomplishment of the objectives will be beneficial for the power overall.

#Update 12 Nov, 9:45 UTC

##Preparation: Primary

##Expansion: Not Possible

##Fortification: Secondary

##Undermining: Not recommended

We’re out of turmoil but we lost HIP 116045 in the process. Overall it was a good turn for us as we were able to fortify everything and at least take our expansion system. Even if HIP 3603 has an apparent net of -16 CC, the 31 CC upkeep is an indirect bonus to our CC if we can get it fortified every week.
For the next 24 hours, prepare HIP 116045. Depending on what new merit grinder system will haunt us this turn, we might need to adjust prep targets tomorrow. Like last week, prioritize systems from HIP 105391 to Aowica for fortifications so our fortification personnel can relax towards the end of the week without worrying of any sniping to our valuable systems.

#Preparation

Prepare the following systems in order of priority:

* HIP 116045 (24 hour temporary target, prioritize)

##Do not prepare anything that is farther than 110 ly unless you can guarantee that you or your group can fortify that system every week. Optimal distance is approximately 91 ly (fortification cost = undermining cost)

##Do not merit grind randomly. Ask around on how to make merits if you're not sure.

#Expansion:

* None, not possible due to turmoil last turn.

#Fortifications:

Fortification information can be found [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/AislingDuval/comments/3sipec/turn_24_fortification_list/).

Just to be clear, as far as we know every organised Aisling player group uses that reddit, and specifically the calculations by GNThrone, to know what needs doing each week. If you follow that you are likely to be working in AD's best interests and will know which systems to touch and which to leave the hell alone because they actually damage our Power. Swing on by, find out what needs doing and say hello!

Nothing beats being on Reddit and Slack and being as up to date on the communities goals and reasoning as possible. I've started curating a list of all community goals.

I gather the information from Throne's posts on Reddit, discussions with community leaders, and anywhere else I can find it and try to cram it all into one place to make it easy to navigate. But it's just a complement to all the hard work the Throne, Nooc, and others put into managing the Princesses space.

Yep, the more people we can get on Reddit the better. I'm hoping lots of people will see this on here.

Honestly Reddit is not a very good place to organize our efforts any more than you would use a newspaper to plan a war. There is no real way to secure sensitive information to keep "enemy" factions from reading our broadcasts and the information against us.

Probably 90% of the Aisling's Angels planning happens behind the scenes on our private forum, thus we have a very small footprint on Reddit (aside from GNThrone's fortification lists).

All that being said, it is a good way to get in touch with new members and if nothing else they might at least check out the fortification goals to make your efforts more effective instead of grinding the nearest system for merits.

And please, please for the love of the Higgs boson, do not take prep materials to systems where you are buying Palladium to trade, it will not only prep a system we do not want, but it will also permanently ruin your trade route. I honestly would prefer they remove our trade bonus entirely if they are not going to fix it to work correctly.

Nah, for one thing I found this community through reddit, so if it weren't for that you wouldn't have me :)

Oh, speaking of which, what was that prom queen thing you said to me the other day? I was thoroughly confused.

I rest my case. ;p

Oh, speaking of which, what was that prom queen thing you said to me the other day? I was thoroughly confused.

I mean that the whole mess is rapidly devolving into a high school style popularity contest. Contrary to popular opinion, capable leaders are rarely found through a popularity contest.

You are a self described drama queen and there are also quite a few references to "Queen Jezza" recently, add all that together and you get "Prom Queen"

As a new player to Elite, which I got because of my interest in the PP should I just sit out trying to help the power until I get a better ship than my eagle? I dont want my intentions to hurt rather than help.

Oh god no.

PP really is end game content, but you can start helping out immediately. This is a Trader's Cheatsheet to powerplay that will help you use trade to Fortify for both profit and to help the Princess. If Trade isn't your thing, we need help manipulating the Background Sim (BGSM) in order to install governments favorable to the Princess. The Trello linked above has some Civil Wars you can go fight in and systems you can run missions in. If you're interested in BGSM, get on the AD Slack and join the #bgs channel.

It's up to you. There is some debate among our community as to what to do - I believe that it's best if people work on getting bigger ships before helping us with fortification and stuff, because that way you can help even more later on, but some people think it's best if people start fortifying immediately.

My advice would be to just do whatever you want - as a new player to Elite, there's a lot of interesting things to do, so enjoy it :)

If you do decide to start helping out right away though, as long as you follow the weekly guides on Reddit, you can't possibly hurt us.
