Brief Update:
1) Thanks to jk2l for the help in correcting the Powerplay - Powerflow chart on page 7. Additional details added re: Fortification and Undermining processes.
2) I've also added an update page at the end of the document so people can check if anything has been changed without having to read this thread.

1. Changes made to all Power Control Effects (pages 13-27) and Powergrid as per Frontier official changes.
2. Document version added to front page. Clicking 'version text' hyperlinks to update page at end of document.
3. Added 'Upcoming Additions' to update page at end of document.
