Powerplay ranked rewards - what order?

Having never really engaged with the previous version, I'm now keen to try the reworked 2.0 Powerplay.

I see each power has a list of ranked rewards - silly question, which rewards come with which rank? Do you start at the top and work down or visa versa?

From top. But be aware that there are way more ranks than the number of lines in that list. So it's not like you can get the reward in line #7 at rank 7.

Actually you'll get the first module reward at rank 34 (or something like that) which you can reach once you've collected approx. 250000 merits (which seems to be a lot, so module shopping will be most probably way more grindy than before).
