At the end of Cycle 11, Arissa Lavigny-Duval had the lead and passed the minimum threshold to acquire the Tiliala system. Yet to start Cycle 12, Tiliala is under control of Winters.

Additionally, I personally turned in over 200 units of Odyssey settlement data to undermine the Bakas system and put it into Unoccupied status

I turned this data in shortly after 05:00 UTC on January 16th. Winters' reinforcement progression had not increased beyond 206 right up to the tick.

Yet this is where it stands right now.

The data that I turned in should have shot Bakas firmly into Unoccupied status.

This demands an official explanation, not some fly-by-night speculation.

first of all if you want to demand something, you can demand a pacifier. and i dont mean the frag cannon.
secondly you yourself were trying to snipe a system with ody data. you think you are the only one doing that strat?
thirdly the only real official response you could possibly get is if you were polite and kind and respectful and bother the nice people at fdev support with yourself and ask nicely if that wasnt a system glitch.
until then id say skill issue.

Looks like winters dropped a bomb in Tiliala an suprassed ALD. Nothing special here.
But 200 odyssey datas should've made an impact thats for sure.
Thats my fly-by-night observation :)

Are you sure? In your screenshot from last week, the pointer is just over 10% into Exploited, which would be around 35000-40000 control score.

In your screenshot just now, it's just over 5%, so around 17500-20000 control score.

I didn't think downloaded Odyssey data was worth ~200 control score per item.

That has never worked in the history of the game, whereas a forthright demand has at least a non-zero chance.

It's not, that's true.

Classified, Industrial, and Research data were all worth 432 merits respectively. Association and Political data, 288 merits. I don't know exactly how much of each I turned in, but I know that I turned in just over 200 units total.

There were also the occasional PowerPlay goods I got from the containers, each worth 110 merits, but because the rewards on those items are so small I didn't really factor them in. I treated them more like a 'sugar-on-top' entry. I have no idea how many of them I turned in, but it wasn't nearly 200.

my and multiple other cmdrs empirical evidence would say otherwise, but if you write your tickets the same way you write your posts in here i wouldnt be surprised if you got ignored. but hey, you do you. stomp your feetsies, shake your fisties, make a pouty face, see how that goes for you.
until then keep losing to the unskilled federation :p

Hi! I'm part of the group that sniped Tiliala.

Unfortunately, it seems your latest screenshot was a bit out of date by the time Powerplay Tick rolled by! This has nothing to do with Frontier servers bugging out: as a matter of fact, attached is a view of the Powerplay Screen for Tiliala at 6:07 game time on Thursday morning.

We had just orchestrated a drop of 200k control points or so - about ten times as much as you claim to have contributed. It appears that feds do know at least a little bit about skill after all. :)

Fair play though, better luck next time!
