Powerplay , the first pan galactic war?

So , I hear mixed feelings for powerplay but after reading the info here : http://www.reddit.com/r/EliteDangerous/comments/37x36x/power_primer_the_who_is_who_of_13/
it all makes sense , it ment to be in fighting , war has been opened and if you join up in war you get the benefits of your local sector but lose that of being able to go were you want (in a sens)

so its up to you :
do you fight for what you thinks right?
do you live for your self? (thats fine as well)
or maybe do you play the power play from the shadows by influencing them by not joining up but maybe fraging some assets here and there? after I worked out its ment to be a WWWIV of sorts I understood how amazing the idea is !

I plan on declaring my allegiance, and then going to enemy territory and blasting every NPC & CMDR I see. I can't wait to have solid boundaries drawn.

Yeah , I think its going to make PVP more acceptable , I just hope there a way for non PP players to know if a ship is a potential threat , just to stop the spreading of the ''greifing legend''
