It is the If enough people say...."interfere with the experience of other users of the Game or any Online Feature." Then Frontier will act.

I pose this as two Imperial Powers (ALD and AD) and the miriad of players therein are being subject to an interference with the experience of the game. The Imperial Council by now are aware.

This mainly arises because the EULA in Elite Dangerous is far stronger than say, EvE and what is permitted in one game is not permitted in this.

Should we talk about discord bots and edmc plugins used by white knights that make no distinctions between legit Powerplay kills and unlawful kills? We're already there, concerning how the community see us.

Damn I wish Powerplay modules wouldn't be "Powerplay" anymore. Let us shoot each other and have some fun.
