Powerplay Powerplay..where are the 10 powerplayers standing for?

I find it difficult to extract the information from the powerplay powers , what are they standing for exactly?
One reason is the English language what i cannot speak/write/understand fluently
So i must try to extract some keywords/sentences

Better is to have a comparison table of the powerplays about their style of getting systems in their power, my benefits when i join a powerplayer , and more ..

related to a ruler ?

Yes, each row is related to one ruler and states the effect that the commitment to this ruler has in the different parts of space. But someone else would be better suited to explain the details.
