Armed Trading Cutter there will be nothing that can beat it in PVE.
Either boost away (why?) or do the fly backwards eating anything the AI "could" throw at you and kill anything from small to big. Only thing I really really dislike is that mini micro power distributor even with that minimalistic weapon loadout can be emptied too fast...
